Tommy Shaddix was not only the founder of The Shaddix Company, but he was an extraordinary leader, an incredible visionary, and the soul of this company. He built our company on customer service and would always say, "Never get too big or busy to thank those who made you big and busy." He may be gone, but his words continue to shape the way we do business. We know he would be proud.
